Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide excellent experiences on calls and in person with our clients
- Understand customer needs and requirements through questioning and active listening
- Strong computer skills and the ability to understand new systems
- Assist consultants with booking maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences
- Research and gather information on various destinations, hotels, and attractions
- Assist with booking inquiries, changes, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner
- Stay updated on travel industry trends
- Expanding your marketing expertise
- Engaging our audience with travel information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth coordination of travel arrangements
